Previously a rocky outcrop overlooking the Eurimbula National Park and the Bustard Bay lagoon, Garreembee 1770 House is settled back at the end of a private road, surrounded by gardens and the rainforest. Under new management from May 2022, catering for intimate group stays focused on comfort and value. 

We have 4 bedrooms, 1 downstairs entrance from the garage, with its own private shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a large ensuite, a walk in wardrobe, with its own private access to the sunset deck. Next door is the second private double, that shares a full bathroom and toilet, then across the hall is the 4 single bunk room. All rooms have fans with plenty fo sea breeze, there is also a large 9.6kw aircon in the living room, and in the master bedroom. 

The kitchen, brand new 2024, electric hobs and oven, large fridge and freezer, pantry fully equiped with all cooking utensils and cleaning products. The kitchen and living space is perfect for entertaining, however we have so many restaurants, bars and cafes around us also!

There is a large shared living space, with TV and games areas, a 10 seat dinning table and large couches. Either side of the living space are two large decked areas, each with large tables, BBQs and plenty of space to relax watching the sunset or sunrise. We have Starlink high speed internet included.

Terms & Conditions

All reservations (direct or via travel agent) will be required to pay a 25% deposit to secure dates. All direct bookings receive a welcome pack and extras!

Final payment must be made within 30 days of arrival, deposit amounts can be exchanged for new dates should they be available, or credited for a stay yet to be decided.

Cancellation made outside of 30 days from arrival receive a refund in full.

Cancellations within 30 days, receive 50% refund (or change of date)

Cancellations within 14 days, receive 0% refund (or change of date)
